On Sunday, January 24, join us for our fourth songwriting workshop and open stage at Gallery 263. A favorite EBASS event, the workshop and open stage allows songwriters to share their music in an intimate, comfortable, collaborate environment.
This month's guest facilitator is Boston music scene staple George Woods. During the open stage portion of the event, where everyone (time permitting!) can share up to two songs with the audience.

A producer, front and sideman, George Woods has been a staple force in the New England Music Scene for over seven years. Currently in studio with seasoned producer Peter Holland-Recine, George is working on his second full length studio release. It's set to drop in early Summer 2016 with several singles released along the way.
In 2012 his first studio release "Heartbeat" saw placements in international advertising, and with the help of choreographer Jennifer Crowell-Kuhnberg, was transformed into "Heartbeat: A Modern Dance Rock Concert", a mixed media theatrical production.
George is also one of the lead singers and songwriters in Boston Soul Pop band "Proper Company" who currently boast a monthly residency at TOAD in Cambridge MA, and will be competing in the Boston Music Awards Last Band Standing Competition this coming September 2015.
